Coaching is not therapy

Coaching with Shakti offers transformational life coaching, not medical advice, psychological therapy, or crisis support. If you are in distress or need clinical care, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.

Free consultations

An initial discovery call is free. Paid coaching engagements are confirmed separately by written agreement.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in a coaching session is confidential except where disclosure is required by law or to protect you or someone else from serious harm.

Intellectual property

All site content, including copy, photography, and the logo, is copyright Coaching with Shakti unless otherwise stated.
